Practice Director
Taylor is an occupational therapist and the Practice Director here at Talk About Therapy. She is credentialed by the National Board of Occupational Therapy and is licensed by the state or Georgia. She received her bachelor’s degree from James Madison University in Health Sciences. She also received her masters in Occupational Therapy from James Madison University.

Taylor has extensive experience in the outpatient setting with pediatrics. She has worked with children of varying ages from 1-21 years old with a variety of diagnoses such as ASD, Down syndrome, and varying developmental delays addressing primarily emotional regulation, handwriting, play skills, sensory processing, and motor skills for increased participation and function in day to day activities. When she is not treating, you can find her at any one of the offices making sure things are running smoothly!
In her spare time, Taylor likes to read, watch movies, and spend time with her friends. She loves exploring the Atlanta area and finding new things to do. She is excited to meet you and provide you with the best client-centered care!

Lauren has clinical experience in the neonatal intensive care unit, adult acute care, and outpatient pediatric settings. She has worked with children of all ages of varying diagnoses such as ASD, down syndrome, cerebral palsy, developmental delays, sensory processing disorders, and more.
In her spare time, Lauren enjoys spending time with her friends and husband being active and in the outdoors. Lauren is excited to work with you and your child to promote your child’s individual growth and development!

Melissa is credentialed by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) and licensed by the State of Georgia. Melissa earned her Bachelor’s degree in Child and Adolescent Development from California State University, Fullerton, and completed her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy at Washington University in St. Louis.

Melissa has over one year of experience working as a pediatric occupational therapist across early intervention, school-based, and outpatient settings. She has supported children ranging in age from 2 to 16 years old with a variety of diagnoses and developmental needs. Her therapeutic approach focuses on promoting functional independence, supporting participation in daily activities, and helping children build confidence through meaningful, child-centered care.
In her free time, Melissa enjoys going on nature walks, discovering new coffee shops, and curling up on the couch to read or to watch a movie with her fiancé.

Elise received her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy at AdventHealth University and her Bachelors of Science in Rehabilitation and Disability Studies at Auburn University. Elise is credentialed by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) and is licensed by the State of Georgia.

Elise completed her clinical rotations in outpatient pediatrics and on an adult inpatient rehabilitation brain injury unit. She has worked with children ranging from 6 months to 18 years old with varying diagnoses such as ASD, cerebral palsy, genetic conditions, Down Syndrome, developmental delays and sensory processing disorders. Elise’s therapeutic approach involves individualized, creative, play-based care.
In her free time Elise enjoys walks with friends, baking and trying new coffee shops! She is very excited to meet you and support your child’s growth!
