He has autism, and we receive speech, occupational, and physical therapy services at Talk About. I absolutely love the staff—everyone is so kind and supportive. My son’s therapists are amazing and have done a wonderful job collaborating with his BCBA to make sure he has all the support he needs to thrive. Jessica McGillFebruary 5, 2025We love Talk About Therapy. My son’s SLP, Ms. Molly, is so amazing and kind. My son is 3 with extreme separation anxiety but he has no issues with taking Ms. Molly’s hand to attend his sessions. He absolutely loves her! We recently got a second therapist in their office, Ms. Emily, who is amazing and personable too. All of the therapists here are great with the kids and try to make them as comfortable as possible. You can tell they love what they do. I am so happy that I found Talk About Therapy. Their new location is really nice too. ***Update*** We are still going strong with TAT! My son will be 5 in March and he has made so many strides with his SLP and OT. Ms. Carol, our OT, has been a dream! She genuinely loves the kids and is very diligent in all that she does. Her spirit is unmatched and my son loves her so much. We still see Ms. Emily and now we see Ms. Ansley as well. They make a wonderful SLP team for my son and have always put their best foot forward. Their passion for kids + speech speaks volumes! I am forever grateful for TAT and will continue to bring my child here for services. Their new office location is huge and it has been a pleasure watching this group grow and thrive! I highly recommend TAT. They give very good tips on how I can help my son at home and provide exercises/homework to take home. I’ve seen so much growth and progress in my son, I can’t thank the team enough. The only minor improvement they could make is communicating holidays a little sooner. It hasn’t been a big issue but it would be helpful knowing which days the office is closed in advance. As a parent that is new to therapy treatment she provides homework assignments to the parents so we are continually working together on my child’s speech goals. Bibire SaroMay 16, 2023Ms. Stephanie and Ms. Taylor have been providing therapy to my son 2 times a week and I couldn’t have asked for better therapists. We have been going to talk about therapy for almost 2 years and their service has been 10/10 since day one. Ms. Stephanie has gone above and beyond helping my son with his speech. When we originally started with therapy, my son had about 3 words but as of today, he has over 300 words. Ms. Taylor has also been a blessing, initially I didn’t find value in OT but I decided to be patient with it and I’m glad I stuck through it. My son is now able to wear his clothes, he is able to grasp his pencil better, he is able to hold a pair of scissors and cut through a piece of paper, and he is able to draw a line. We are very grateful for all the growth and development in his speech since he started with Ms. Chelsea. He also loves and has a lot of fun working with Ms. Taylor as he improves his fine and gross motor skills. Eli really loves his two girls! And we cannot be more than grateful for everything that has helped us and for all the strategies, work material and tips that they give us to also make it fun at home. I would not hesitate to recommend Ms. Chelsea and Ms. Taylor because in addition to always having a smile on their face and being kind to my son, they are also kind to me (English is not my first language) they are patient with and explain to me that I can understand everything about the session that my son had in his day. Ivete MatosJanuary 31, 2023I totally trust and recommend the services here. 1 year ago I read all the reviews and contact Mrs. Niti who responded quickly and helped me with the documents for my son to have speech therapy. 1 year ago my son was 3y4m and spoke only single words, with 2+ months he started to speak 2 and 3 words together. He's now a talker, for the incredible work of the professionals in this place. Still needs help with pronunciation, but I couldn't believe how in 1 year he has evolved so much, I get emotional thinking about it. First my son was seen by Mrs Katie, he started putting words together very quickly with the visual and tactile method she used. Mrs Leah has always been very caring, then we met Mrs Shana, super energetic, my son went to the room with her on the first day wow, she has been helping me a lot with everything I ask her (she helped my son to introduce himself and say his age) Now we are also with Mrs. Stefanie, joy in person, she always gives us homework lol. Ms Jessica OT is also working with my son, she is a caring person. I totally trust Anyway, we love Talk About Therapy everyone is respectful and always willing to help, they are patient with everything we need. He’s able to control his hands, use scissors on his own, and sit still which is a really big deal. Before OT my son could barely sit still no more than a few minutes and using scissors was such a scary thought for me. Since the day my son started speech therapy, I saw a tremendous improvement in his speech! Ms. Shana made sure my husband and I were aware of what’s happening in every single session. They gave us weekly exercises to do at home, which helped us continue with his learning. We could tell he loved the sessions because he would ask when he could go again. But she remained so calm and was able to walk him through with much tears. Fast forward and we have now graduated and we could not have asked for a better therapist. He could barely speak the average words that a 3 year old should be speaking. Not even two weeks with these ladies, my son was speaking better. I took my son to my hometown and my mother said she can tell the difference and his babysitter said the exact same thing. Talk about Therapy is literally preparing my son to be a productive citizen. As a mother, I 'm grateful for this agency because truly I was in fear that due to his delayed speech and other skills that this would cause him to be a target for being bullied by his peers or labeled by the educational system. Joy DurhamMay 26, 2022Our daughter struggled with solids for months after we first introduced them, and we felt desperate for help. I took her to a major children's hospital here in Atlanta and saw no improvement. Finally, I found Niti online and brought my daughter in. Before Niti even looked into my daughter's mouth she could tell there was a tongue tie, but she soon discovered a tongue AND lip tie and referred us to a dentist for a release. We are now a month post-op, and my daughter is making new sounds and eating all kids of new foods without struggling. Thank you to everyone at Talk About Therapy! My daughter has been receiving speech therapy from here since March of last year, and she absolutely loves it. She lights up as soon as she sees Ms. Rachel every session. I can’t say enough great things about Ms. Rachel and how she has connected with my daughter. I’m soooo thankful. The owner Niti is amazing as well. She is so knowledgeable and thorough. With my son it can take awhile to adjust to new surroundings, but when he started with Bianca she was so patient with him. My son looks forward to going to speech therapy every week, and enjoys his time with Bianca. I’ve also seen a lot of progress in his speech, for example, before he started my son was only able to point to ask for what he wants, now he comes up to us to ask for what he wants. I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a great place for their kids, this is the place to go. He immediately loved her and so did we. On the first visit, she diagnosed our son with a lip and tongue tie. This was something that his dentist had missed for years. She made us feel like family. The staff here is amazing. Niti is the owner and speech language pathologist and she goes out of her way to speak every time we are there. She knows our son by name. We love it here. My son is about to be 5 years old and talking our heads off. The amount of care and love these therapists put forth is beyond admirable. I suffer from anxiety. So this process was extremely difficult for me. Both Niti and Rachel have been a Godsend. Thank you for helping us get through this. And for always being a call or text away. R PatelFebruary 4, 2022My 5 month old had a procedure and we worked with Niti before and after the procedure to retrain her oral muscles/function. Niti is easy to reach and very resourceful. In just four sessions, Niti taught us how to improve my daughter’s oral function and how to introduce solids! Niti is great with kids and I can’t recommend her enough. Niti made sure we got approved through insurance as fast as possible, Bianca is a WONDERFUL speech language therapist, and my son has had such a connection with her. He’s learned so much, and his therapy is very intense and repetitive so we have to go slow and steady with him, but he looks forward to going twice a week and has never been even slightly upset at the idea of seeing everyone. Dashonique FitzgeraldAugust 12, 2021My daughter was showing early developmental delays at her 12 month wellness checkup. Her pediatrician referred us to Talk About Therapy. I was very nervous and worried about my baby. The owner Niti was very professional and helpful. She educated me as a parent as well. My daughter has been in speech therapy for 6 months now and she is saying a lot more words now and is much better with communicating. Developmentally she is far more advanced than she was at her 12 month wellness checkup. She also just started with a new therapist Bianca. I was very nervous for my daughter to have therapy with anyone else but Niti. I had gotten comfortable with Niti, and so did my daughter, but the new therapist Bianca is amazing with my daughter. She detected the cause of his feeding problem (tongue tie) and we got it fixed. He was finished with therapy within the three months he was given. Tania KakarJanuary 8, 2021Niti is incredible! My newborn son had a shallow latch while breastfeeding, causing me a lot of pain. I also noticed him tiring quickly while at the breast. Niti found him to have a upper lip tie and tongue tie, something his pediatrician and my lactation consultant never mentioned. She was able to get us to a pediatric dentist within 2 days to correct the problem, whereas my ENT didn’t have availability for another month. She worked with my son multiple times after to stretch him out and keep an eye on the healing process. He’s 1 month old now, has gained 2 pounds, and latches with ease!Posted on Google

You often get decent providers but they are not often so quick to respond and willing to go the extra mile. One other thing I really liked about her was her honestly. My son was a tricky case. After having had a tongue and lip tie release at three weeks and eating seamlessly for months, he started refusing the bottle. She helped me dig to get to the bottom of it and even texted me outside of hours when she was thinking about his case, which showed how much she cared and wanted to help us. We drove over an hour to take our kids to see her for pre and post op therapy when they had their tongue ties revised on the recommendation of a pediatric dentist who specialized in tongue ties. It was so worth it! She was extremely knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. I noticed a huge difference almost immediately but definitely by the end of 6 weeks the baby went from gagging so badly he hardly ate any solids to completely normal developmentally and happily gaining weight. Paras ThakerJune 25, 2020My son would have 9-13 oz/day. He was admitted to CHOA Scottish Rite. The ENT, at CHOA, checked my son to see if he had a lip or tongue tie. The ENT specialist did not see a tie and advised me to continue follow up outpatient care with a speech therapist for my 3-month-old son. After discharge, I reached out to Niti from Talk About Therapy. She opened up her schedule and was able to see us the day my son was discharged. In her initial evaluation, she was able to see both a lip/tongue tie. She educated my wife and I on how to find a solution to our son’s symptoms: difficulty bottle-feeding, gassy, not latching, reflux, clicking when eating and prolonged feeding time (resulted in 1-2 oz in an hour). Niti has been helping our son for a last couple of weeks. He has gained a pound in just two weeks. Niti has ALWAYS answered our questions. Her techniques have worked for us. If it wasn’t for her, our son would probably be on a NG tube. She is such an amazing therapist and I highly recommend her.Posted on Google
